Dr. Aditi Ravindra is an esteemed ENT specialist with a comprehensive and impressive background in otolaryngology. She completed her Fellowship in Otology and Hearing Implants from RGUHS in March 2024, graduating with first class distinction. This advanced training followed her achievement of the Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) in ENT and her MS in ENT from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, where she also graduated with first class honors. Dr. Ravindra’s medical education commenced at JSS Medical College, Mysore, where she consistently demonstrated academic excellence.

Dr. Aditi’s career is marked by significant roles in both clinical and academic settings. She has served as the Academic Registrar at Apollo Hospitals in Bangalore, contributing to the institution’s academic and clinical excellence. Her previous roles include serving as a Senior Resident at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences and as a Consultant ENT Specialist at Plum Telehealth,. Her experience also encompasses positions such as Junior Consultant at Chord Road Hospitals and an observer under the guidance of Dr. Deepak V. Haldipur at Truswell Hospitals. These roles have equipped her with extensive experience and a deep understanding of otolaryngology.

Throughout her career, Dr. Aditi has shown a strong commitment to research and academic excellence. During her MBBS, she was a gold medallist in Physiology and Pathology and consistently ranked in the top 5 of her class. Her research contributions are extensive and noteworthy, with numerous publications in prestigious journals like the Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. Her research interests are diverse and include the functional outcomes of surgical resections in tongue cancer, isolated sphenoid sinus disease, and hearing outcomes in pre-adolescent cases of otitis media with effusion. Her work is highly regarded and contributes significantly to the field of otolaryngology.

In addition to her clinical and research pursuits, Dr. Aditi has actively contributed to the academic community through various conference presentations and organizing committees. She has presented posters and papers at national and international conferences, gaining recognition for her work on topics such as inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour of the larynx, residual hearing preservation rates during cochlear implantation, and the correlation of insertion depth with intra-operative electrically evoked Compound Action Potential (eCAP) thresholds. These presentations have earned her accolades and have showcased her expertise and commitment to advancing the field.

Dr. Aditi’s dedication to her profession extends beyond her clinical and academic work. She has been involved in organizing significant conferences, such as the 75th Annual Conference of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOICON), demonstrating her leadership and organizational skills. She has also served on the organizing committees for other important events like the Live Surgical Rhinoplasty Workshop and PHONOCON 2022.

Outside her professional life, Dr. Aditi is a well-rounded individual with a passion for music, dance, and sports. She is trained in Hindustani classical music and has participated in various cultural dance events during her college years. Additionally, she is an avid sports enthusiast, having been a table tennis player and captain of her high school team, as well as a member of the basketball team during her time at JSS Medical College. She also participated in a 10K marathon held by Manipal University in 2019, showcasing her commitment to fitness and extracurricular activities.
