Dr. Mayuri K S is a Consultant in Clinical Microbiology at SPARSH Hospital. She did her MBBS from SNMC, Bagalkot and completed her post-graduation, obtaining an MD Microbiology from SSIMS in 2013. She further pursued her Masters in Infection Prevention and Control. With a great interest in the field of Infectious Diseases studies, Dr. Mayuri further pursued a Postgraduate program in Infectious Disease from Medvarsity University, where she gained enormous knowledge about Infection Prevention and Control.
Before joining SPARSH Hospital she worked at Sagar Hospital as a Consultant Microbiologist where she was a part of diagnostics, Infection Control, Safe I audit, NABH audit, ISO audit and NABL audit. With a keen interest in her area of specialisation, she has been associated with SPARSH Hospital where she is contributing her best to the Infection Control Department by continuous training and monitoring of the respective teams, so as to ensure the best patient safety at all the SPARSH units.
